Patti,
I drive approx. 1 hr 30min one way to work4 days a week. My small town has a shortage of doctors. I would like to talk with you or guide me to someone on how much to pay for a collaborating physician. Indiana I can practice indep. as well, but I must have a collaborating MD. I have one, just don't know price to start with. I am thankful and support your practice.

I am so impressed with the work that you are doing and your courageousness in approaching the media to get the word out there! Great job. When I finish NP school, I would like to work in a venue similiar to yours and it is inspiring to know it can be done - that is, with some hard work and a willingness to take a few risks.
